  • Ambition Reimagined will give you a clear goal, plan and proven best practices to use in your job search, as well as confidence and motivation. Together, we’ll set you up for success. However, given market conditions and hiring decisions are out of our control - no program or coaching can promise you’ll get a job!

    Plus, you might find that the right next step for you is taking a sabbatical, launching a business or powerful internal shifts that lead to external change later on. My clients do all of these things - which are great successes!

  • After coaching 110+ women and running seven group coaching programs - all of varying lengths - I’ve seen time and time again, that you need time to work through these questions and tools, and put them into practice.

    It takes time and space to really figure out what’s important to you. Four-months is the minimum I’ve seen for women to get clear on their career vision and launch a job search.

    I’ve made the program flexible, so you can stay as long as you want! Your membership will renew every month, so you can wrap yourself in support all the way through the interview and offer process.

  • Right now, Ambition Reimagined is the primary way to work with me — because it offers the structure, community, and momentum that I know creates the best results.

    I also work with a select number of 1×1 clients in a premium, high-touch partnership starting at $1,475 / month. If you know 1×1 partnership is the best model for you, indicate that in your application and we can explore which model is the best option for you.

  • The program is designed to work with full-time jobs, parenting, and real life.

    Live coaching calls happen biweekly on Monday evenings (ET), so you’ll have plenty of notice for scheduling. If you miss a call, don’t sweat it — you’ll have ongoing support in between via our private Slack group and your program workbooks. I won’t be recording our live calls to protect confidentiality.

    Most women spend 1.5–3 hours per week on the program — including calls, reflection exercises, and mini actions toward their goals. You’ll get out what you put in, but you don’t need to be “perfect” to get powerful results. This program is built to meet you where you are and help you move forward, week by week.
